How to Use This Website

1. Input information about the patient’s medical history and procedure

2. Select preferred antiplatelet(s) and/or anticoagulant

3. Review guideline-directed treatment plan

4. Modify treatment plan by manually entering a different drug, dose or duration

5. Print out copies of the treatment plan for the patient, family doctor and pharmacist

6. Print out “patient education” package for the patient
